ABOUT VELL.

My story doesn’t start from a place of success. I was overweight, frustrated, and completely disconnected from my own body.

When I discovered real, structured training everything shifted. I became obsessed. How food fuels performance. How programming drives adaptation. How hormonal optimisation unlocks a level of results most people don’t even know exists.

I stopped guessing and started studying. And I never stopped.

Every day I wake up driven to know more than I did yesterday. More about nutrition, training, recovery, and the tools that push the human body to its ceiling. Not just for myself but because the people I coach deserve a coach who never stops growing.

That obsession is the foundation of everything Vell Performance stands for.

Your bodyweight trend, calories, macros, steps, cardio, training performance and biofeedback are reviewed properly every week. Adjustments are made from averages and trends, not emotion.

DAILY LOGS

You log daily weight, food, steps and training. This keeps execution tight and stops wasted weeks. If the data isn’t accurate, we don’t make blind changes.

CUSTOM HYPERTROPHY

Program built around mechanical tension, progression and fatigue management. Volume and intensity are adjusted based on performance and recovery.

NUTRITION ADJUSTED FOR PROGRESS

Calories and macros are prescribed for your goal phase. Fat loss, maintenance or growth. Changes are calculated and controlled.

Steps and cardio are used strategically. Increased or reduced based on rate of progress, not thrown in randomly.
